ART FOR WELLNESS
Baan Kru Kai Son Silpa, in collaboration with high 10 institutions, self-development experts, jointly designed a program for people with early depression. Lack of self-confidence, confusion in life. They want to reset, restart themselves. We have organized art activities for physical and mental health, focusing on relaxation, enhancing concentration in a shady, private atmosphere. Whether it is yoga, meditation, music & Art Therapy, including fingerprint scanning and coaching from the high 10 institute to achieve self-understanding and learn to be with yourself and those around you happily. They will be fully empowered and ready to become a new, better and happier you.
Package A: Relax program for 2 days 1 night
Day1
2 pm. - 3 pm. check-in
3 pm. - 4 pm. welcome drink + 4 finger fingerprint scanner

Healing program for 2 days 1 night.
This program is suitable for people who are suffering, depression, they want to solve problems in their minds, solve the knots in childhood, want to find the cause and find creative solutions, including low or decreased Self Esteem. It can affect both the body and the mind. The most common symptoms are self-loathing, low self-esteem, confusion in life, needing to find a private and safe place or specialist for therapy, resetting, restarting oneself.
Baan Kru Kai Son Sinpa together with the Institute of High 10, experts in self-development. Therefore, jointly designed a healing program, an art activity to heal the mind by focusing on relaxation, enhancing concentration in a shady, private atmosphere. Whether it is yoga, meditation, music & Art Therapy activities, including fingerprint scanning. and in-depth coaching from the High 10 Institute to achieve self-understanding and learn to live happily with yourself and those around you. You will be fully empowered and ready to become a new, better and happier you.
